US energy storage industry makes a $100bn commitment

The Financial Times recently covered America’s $100B push to build a domestic battery supply chain by 2030, just as new tariffs and shifting policy threaten to stall momentum. As Alexei Andreev told the FT: “It’s one thing to produce a few cells here and there. It’s a completely different story to have high-yielding, low-cost, very repeatable manufacturing flow.”
